It’s estimated that the population of Pittsboro will get a boost of more than 60,000 people once this development is complete.

Chatham Park Investors were cleared by the town last December to go ahead with their Master Plan.
The community will include 25 unique home styles within five different villages. They will also have condominiums that overlook shops and restaurants.
It’s ideal for eco-friendly people who want to walk or bike to school, work or their favorite restaurant.
The mixed-use community concept is quickly catching on here in the Triangle. A mixed-use development blends residential, commercial, cultural and institutional into one place.
