She is professional yet very personable and friendly, making it easy to communicate and work with her during a very demanding and complicated process. She listened and was responsive to our needs in finding the right house. Bianca always went the extra mile for us as we visited many homes and made multiple offers. Some visits she did remotely for us, and she still made sure she went through the house thoroughly.
