I am very pleased with the help that Katrina Shankles gave my husband and I. The housing market in Raleigh is very competitive, with that in mind we needed to find a house quickly and Katrina helped us do just that. We found a home, but too late, it was under contract right away. We put in a backup offer, along with another buyer, but ours was the best and we WON after the first buyer left the opportunity! Things happened a lot more quickly than initially planned, but Katrina and her team were diligent and made the whole process very smooth. If Katrina wasn’t available to show a home, another team member would quickly step in. We were very impressed with the teamwork displayed at Relevate. We will definitely recommend Katrina to our family and friends, in fact we already have!
