Denni Haywood

After a decade in general brokerage, Denni joined Hunter Rowe in the fall of 2014.  “I was highly intrigued by Hunter Rowe’s culture applying statistical analysis, accountability, and high performance standards in conjunction with the art of selling real estate!” As a top producer, Denni understands the importance of employing cutting edge technology to continually improve the service she offers to her clients. “With my experience and Hunter Rowe’s progressive systems, we have the perfect ‘union’!” A West Coast native, Denni migrated East via stints in Montana, ND, Minn., Maryland and DC before finding “home” in North Carolina in 1992.  She has had a front row seat to the incredible growth that has transformed the Oak City and Triangle from “small town USA” to a bustling mini-metropolis. One of her many passions is preserving the delicate balance between environment and development in the Triangle. She believes in public education in Wake County and has been a strong advocate for the advancement of charter schools. Her faith and commitment to helping others play a large role in her life.  In 2005, she established Celebrate Recovery, a ministry for anyone with “hurts, habits or hang-ups”.  The ministry has provided a safe place for broken and struggling individuals and continues to thrive today. Prior to her current career, Denni enjoyed great success in Sales and Executive Management for Marriott Corp. Her corporate sales and marketing expertise, dedication to serving others, and desire to run her own business, led her to the real estate industry, which she loves. Hundreds of homes later, she continues to be passionate about her business and is blessed by all the friends and clients (also known as “family”) she has served over the past decade.
