We hired Denni after calling and speaking to several agents on the phone. We were locating from out of state and it was a big move for us. My husband spoke and met with Denni several times before I was able to make the trip to North Carolina to look at homes. My husband told me I would love Denni because she is so passionate and dedicated to her work. He was correct. She took three whole days from morning until night helping us track down our perfect home. I have never been more comfortable making such a big purchase than going through this process with Denni. She was very attentive and understood what we were looking for in a home for our family. She also helped us throughout the days with our four year old daughter. My daughter loved Denni and Denni was extremely patient and loving toward her. This made looking at houses so much easier. Denni was willing to accommodate our schedule and work (and our very tired and out of sorts four year old little girl) with us to find our home on the weekends. Her attentiveness made us feel as though we were her only clients because she made herself available anytime we had a question or needed more information. She was truly an extension of our family throughout this difficult move. Because of that, we found an amazing new home in such a short period of time. Denni was present during the walk through and scrutinized every small detail of the house to ensure we were moving into the perfect home. Denni was present during the closing of the house which was a total fiasco. It was scheduled and rescheduled several times before we had to close at 7:30pm on a Friday night. Denni immediately left dinner with her husband and met us at the lawyer’s office with a smile on her face and a hug. I am absolutely amazed with the quality of service Denni provided my family. Not only did Denni help us find our beautiful home, but we gained an amazing friend as well. Thank you for all that you have done for us, Denni!
