Did I really give Jaime five stars on all opportunities? Absolutely! If I counted correctly, we have bought and sold 13 homes before working with Jaime. That is 20 or so Realtors, and Jaime is one of the best. We bought a home from 2000 miles away, during Covid, and working with Jaime we were able to do so with confidence. Jaime spent countless hours checking out homes for us and giving virtual tours via Zoom. His local knowledge helped us to zero in on areas and houses that met our needs and when time came to make an offer, he helped us to make a successful offer in what was without a doubt, the most challenging time to buy a house in my 40 or so years of doing so. Jaime was always available, promptly returned phone calls, emails or texts – he usually had an answer, but if not, he was quick to locate information and share. During a time when many homes were changing hands with inspections and appraisals being waived, Jaime helped us to get reasonable inspection related concessions from our seller. Jaime was also excellent in helping us as out of staters, to understand the unique aspects of real estate transactions in North Carolina. You will not go wrong choosing to work with Jaime Gutierrez!
