Emerging Agent Julie Steward Joins Hunter Rowe!

by | Sep 17, 2021

Meet Julie!

“I was born and raised in Florida. About 13 years ago, I moved to North Carolina. I had never seen snow until moving here! I have 3 boys, who are teenagers now. My favorite thing to do is cook, bake, and workout! I love to workout, either running on my treadmill at home, or going to O2 fitness!

My favorite vacation spot in North Carolina is the mountains. My fiance brought me to grandfather mountain to go hiking and I absolutely loved visiting there! The seasons in North Carolina are amazing! It’s so beautiful here with all of the greenery. People are so warm and friendly here, it’s an amazing place to be!”

How did you get into real estate?

“I was a stay at home mom for 16 years, and worked previously in project management and human resources. Coming back into the workforce, I wanted to use my skills right away. My fiance and I studied and took the real estate course together. He’s been an amazing partner throughout the whole process. To get to do something like this with your best friend is fantastic!

I wanted to join real estate to provide the type of support I have had in the past. When you are buying or selling a home through difficult situations with a caring person by your side helping you, you’ll never forget their impact. I want to be that person for people. What energizes me is working through challenging situations with people, calming them down, and coming up with solutions for the biggest wins!”

Why did you join Hunter Rowe?

“I started with Hunter Rowe as a CSM and I loved the Hunter Rowe culture, philosophy, and relationships they foster. This time I am joining as a sales agent! I love their referral approach because it is all about having quality relationships with people in my community.

Having a background as a CSM provided me with an opportunity to learn a great deal about the industry in a very short amount of time. That experience gave me a great foundation in the industry and I’m incredibly excited to work with such a great group of people!”
