We moved to the Triangle in 2009 from South Carolina, where something was missing for us. We were looking for a new place to live that had more to offer for our future and the Triangle area seemed almost too good to be true. It’s a fantastic area.

As you prepare to move here, take some time to design how you really want to live your life each day. There are endless possibilities. We moved here just over four years ago and started our mortgage practice from scratch, not knowing a single real estate agent. Our goal as mortgage specialists is to help real estate agents and their clients, like you, buy a home and experience an effortless, world class experience from the moment they come into our office to meet with us, to making their offer, to closing with their home loan and receiving their keys.

Our top tip for success is to maintain a never-ending commitment to help your clients. The best compliment you can ever receive is when you do such a great job that clients want to tell their friends, family, and coworkers they should work with you. Our favorite thing to do in the Triangle is to go to Carolina Hurricanes ice hockey games as a family. If you have never been to an NHL hockey game, you have got to see one live and up close. It is so fast and so much fun to watch. We have been to many cities that have NHL teams and the Canes have the loudest fans of all. Our favorite restaurant is Café Catura in Cary. They have a wine tasting center with dipping oils and wood fired bread. All of their food is excellent. If you get there early enough you can ask for the table next to the great big fireplace in the back.
