I used Pete for multiple transactions over the years and will continue to come back to him. I recently reached back out to him to buy another house, and he instantly called me to chat as if it hadn’t been years since we last saw each other. Throughout the buying process, Pete and his team were always available and willing to answer any questions. I loved that we were in a text message chat so if any quick questions popped up, I could get a quick answer, or any reminders they needed to send me. We went on quite a house hunting adventure together. He and his team are quite dedicated to finding you the house that fits your checklist. They are honest with any obstacles, and I have appreciated their preferred vendors and the work they perform. I love my new house and I can’t wait to make it a home.
