Selling a home in a rapidly-changing market is daunting enough but add children with special needs and it is downright intimidating. Jason and his team did the most important thing- they listened! With attentiveness, they sought to understand our limitations in what could and could not be changed in our home and daily schedules as it impacted the preparation process and showings; and worked to make the process as accommodating as possible. Jason thought outside the box to work within our means to make all the improvements to the home to allow us to maximize our profits.
