Caren staged my house nicely and made every effort to sell it. After one week on the market we dropped the price. My house appraised for well over what I sold it for, I wish I would have kept the price the same. She was there with me every step of the way though, answered all my questions and concerns, and reached out about my family during a difficult time we were having.
