Julie Came Into Our Home Full of Fire and Confidence!

Julie came into our home full of fire and as confident as anyone I’ve ever met.  She was ready to get down to business and assured me she could and would sell our home.  The rest is history.  We closed today and she asked questions and clarified errors lawyers made right up to the ink drying on the forms.  Throughout the process she held our hand through many ups and downs as inspectors found issues with the home.  Even so, Julie never once wavered in her belief the sale would go through.  In the end, reasonable heads prevailed and both parties reached their goals, due in main part to Julie’s ability and willingness to work with the other realtor, all the while vigilantly maintaining her allegiance to me as the seller.  Well done!
