Julie was a Godsend during a very difficult time. The sale of our 66 acres of land was fraught with much emotion and difficulty yet Julie was right there, every step of the way to provide professional guidance and much needed emotional support.
The actual sale of the land, once under contract, was a hot mess all due to issues on the buyer’s end. However Julie was always on top of everything, more often than not completing the buyer’s agents duties to make sure we got to closing. She stood her ground during negotiations and always had our backs.
Let’s just say, I can’t express how thankful I am to have had Julie to guide me through that crazy mess, keep me grounded, and then finally successfully complete the sale of the land. I cannot recommend Julie enough, no matter the type of transaction! She’s simply the best!!!!
