Kim & this whole team were amazing to my husband & I as they guided us through buying our first home. Kim was proactive in finding homes that she thought we might like, was very patient with us & had a keen attention to detail on all of our documents. We especially loved when Kim could sense that my husband wasn’t thrilled with a house that I wanted to put an offer in on and she gently persuaded us to continue to be patient. She was also excellent when it came time for us to put an offer in – she guided us through different offer options and a reasonable outcome of each offer.
