Long Distance Sale-Perfect!

Choosing Raleigh as the location for our new home was a long process and we picked Raleigh after considering many different cities. After contacting Pete and touring the area with him, I knew this is the best possible location for my family. His ability to understand our needs and consult on the right location, then find the perfect fit was exactly what we needed. Not only did he find us the house, virtually, he and his team seamlessly coordinated inspections and repair negotiations without my family ever stepping foot in the house until closing. Pete and his team took care of everything.
