In our buyer orientation he was straight forward, realistic and offered full-service assistance and he delivered. He customized the search according to our investment strategy and did a deep analysis on each available property to provide us with potential deals matching our criteria. That was helpful because we did not waste time reviewing properties that did not match our initial requirements and he was always available to answer any questions we had about the properties. His communication during the whole process was remarkable, along the property search stage he made sure to send us all the necessary information about the properties on time for us to analyze and followed up accordingly to prevent us missing any opportunity (if for some reason you missed something, he won’t!). During the closing process he and his client Service Manager Michelle maintained constant communication and followed up every step of the process to make it happen.
