Having been involved with real estate projects for most of my life, it was a joy to have someone take the pressure off me and intervene with contractors. I was amazed at how tight the scheduling was, and how closely it was adhered to. Marilyn handled everything diplomatically but firmly. She also was quick to respond to questions and issues–always. Promptness was always prominent in our discussions. In fact, I’m not sure if we ever had a resolution that was employed more than a day later.
My wife and I have recommended Marilyn to many people. I wouldn’t consider doing a future real estate project without Marilyn.
