New neighborhood coming to north Raleigh

by | Jul 9, 2015

New Raleigh CommunityA new development is under construction near the intersection of Ray and Howard Roads in north Raleigh.

Stonehenge Manors will be a neighborhood of 82 home sites with prices starting in the $530s. Some of the community amenities include a pond and trails.

The floor plans average 3,100 square feet of living space, but the best part about this neighborhood is the location. It’s in close proximity to excellent Wake County schools, restaurants, shopping and parks.

This is one of the last big pieces of undeveloped land along Ray Road in north Raleigh – so the opportunities to live in this prestigious neighborhood are dwindling.

Some Raleigh natives might recognize the name of the previous owners of this 30-acre site. It’s where the Willie Chavis family lived for many decades.

You can take a virtual tour of the homes and get an aerial view of the property on the company’s YouTube channel.
