Pete and his team were great throughout the whole process of purchasing my first house in North Carolina. Not only was Pete great, but the recommendations he provided for contractors and recommended lender all turned out to be great people as well. Being a member of the military, I am not very familiar with Raleigh and the surrounding areas and Pete helped provide insight into the best living areas based on my interests. I felt comfortable picking up the phone and calling Pete at any time. He and his team kept me up to date with the process and I was never left wondering where I stood. I felt that Pete had my best interest in mind and was very knowledgeable about the industry. I would absolutely recommend him and wish I could use him in the future.
