Book by Bill Hybels of Willowcreek Community Church of Chicago
A year ago I started a professionals women’s bible study at the church in order to provide community, accountability and vision for our role at work. There was also a Business Men’s Bible Study that met on a monthly basis so we decided to join forces and now called the Gospel and Work Forums. We meet once a month for lunch at Mez to discuss a book that we are reading together in order to challenge one another to live for the Gospel in our professional settings. We have just finished the book “Just Walk Across the Room” by Bill Hybels of Willowcreek Community church in Chicago. It is a great book that challenges us “To walk across the room” to engage in intentional conversation and relationship with people!
