With a background of over nineteen years in the real estate industry, Candace started her real estate career in representing investors. This led her to a six year relationship, working as Senior Property Manager for Block and Associates Realty. At Block and Associates her skills in New Construction, Investment Properties, Marketing and HOA’s were taken to a new level. With her array of knowledge and desire to serve others real estate needs, general brokerage was the obvious next step for Candace.

After earning her Real Estate Brokers License she was quickly asked to join a top producing team within Keller Williams Preferred Realty. While working as a Buyer Specialist she sharpened her skills of quickly identifying her clients wants and needs. With the strong desire to assist both buyers and sellers, the next step in her career brought her to Hunter Rowe which is now Relevate after the rebranding in 2022.
