We met Denni Haywood right after we got married in the Fall of 2011…
We were young and inexperienced, and wanted an agent who would educate and guide us in the purchase our first home. Denni was perfect. We loved the house and didn’t want to lose the opportunity, so Denni got creative and brought both parties together by working out a mutually beneficial arrangement. She was with us every step of the way, and had our complete trust. The transaction was seamless, and we absolutely loved our first home!
Five years later, we had a new baby and were ready for a larger home. We knew who to call! Denni met with us and developed a purchase/sale timeline for us, and she explained exactly what we needed to do to prepare our home to sell it at “top” dollar. She referred us to great contractors during the preparation stage, and we had a full price offer within days of going active on the market!
Our new dream home in Wake Forest was new construction, and she negotiated wonderful upgrades for us during this process, too! Denni and her team coordinated the sell/buy closings, and what could have been a very stressful process was super easy for us! (especially with a baby)
