My sister knew CariAnn from church and used her in 2021 to buy her first home. She had a great experience, so we also decided to use her! CariAnn is wonderful at communication. She gets back to you very quickly and is thorough in answering questions. We found our first time buying a home surprisingly easy with her! She did a great job sharing information and also networking with her team to make sure we could see houses on the schedule that worked for us. We were very pleased with our experience!  We were afraid this market would be too crazy to buy a house and we were unsure if we would find one that suited our needs. CariAnn helped ease our fears and talked us through some difficult decisions. In the end I’m glad we went through with it.  Her team is very friendly and great at communication and flexibility. There were always agents available to help show houses and they gave us great information and feedback after the showings. As soon as we found a home we wanted to make an offer on, CariAnn worked tirelessly getting all of the paperwork submitted. She walked us through the process and made recommendations as to what offer we should make and explained why. In the end, we got the house we wanted because we listened to her great suggestions! I have already recommended CariAnn and her team to my family members who are looking to buy a house next year. I told them that she would explain things very well and would be with them every step. She is friendly and personable and you will feel very comfortable with her.
