When working with Pete, sellers sell quickly and for top dollar, while buyers find hidden value and the right home in the right location. Pete is a Minnesota native who established roots in The Triangle in 2007. After 7 years as an Army Officer, Pete spent 11 years in Project Management, Change Management and Sales working for INC Research (now Syneos) and PRA Health Sciences (now ICON), while also being a small business owner. Pete’s unique combination of professional experiences, business ownership and real estate experience allows him to support clients with advanced levels of communication and negotiation.
When Pete isn’t helping clients buy and sell homes, you will find him spending as much time as possible with his wife Laura and sons, Finn and Jack. They are either on the lake fishing or skiing, hiking somewhere in the Blue Ridge Mountains and playing or watching hockey
