I was stuck at $3-4 million in volume for years. Here’s how I broke through to $17 million.

My first year in real estate I was rookie of the year. But after that for years I was stuck at 3-4 million in volume. I was constantly trying different things. I didn’t have any plan at all, no system for what to do or when to do it. I was frustrated. I was exhausted. And to be honest, I was thinking “should I even be an agent?”

Finally a few years ago I heard about the system I’m using now, totally different from anything I’d done before. I met “normal” people who did this system and went from zero or wherever they were stuck at, to 10 million, 15 million, 25 million in volume in just a couple years. And I was like, wow, If they can do it, I can do it, one hundred percent. And sure enough, I went from nothing to $17 million in volume, it seemed like overnight.

It’s a different world for me now. I know if I just do the system, I’ll be fine. It just takes away so much of the stress I was feeling before. The system is just simple, and I think brilliant. Everything is gamified and measurable, you know exactly what to do each day, and when I’m done, I relax and do what I want, knowing I did what I needed to do for that day. All the marketing is planned and tested in advance, and you have a licensed support team to help you take great care of clients without having to build your own team.

Listen, I remember feeling lost and that the business wasn’t working for me, and I should do something else. I know how hard that is.
