Agents new to Relevate learn to trust us CSMs over time. It’s a lot of communication and us making sure we know how they want things done.
We have great checklists, to make sure nothing ever falls through the cracks.
At first you’ll want to review everything, but soon you’ll stop feeling like to you need to do that, because you’ll know we did it right, and then things will get done even faster for you and the client.
Our motivation is to help you grow their business. When you grow, that means we have more business ourselves to help you. Just like how you work for clients, we work for you, and your faith in us will grow that we care about your business and want it to grow.
I LOVE showing homes, that’s my favorite part. I love making sure paperwork’s all filled out correctly and there’s nothing missing and no mistakes, no revisions necessary. That makes me really happy. Oh, and also meeting inspectors at homes and going through 72 pages of mostly-okay things to see what I can negotiate for.
All the boring stuff that takes a whole bunch of time. I love it 🙂
Sometimes agents learning about Relevate will ask “Should I be afraid a CSM will get to know my clients and steal them?” That’s hilarious. I have no desire to ever be a sales agent. I like to be behind the scenes. I love the checklist and the boring paperwork. I like a consistent paychecks and health insurance.
Some agents feel like “If I don’t do the showings, how do I have a relationship with the client?” Well, you’re the one educating them about the process up front and advising them and keeping in touch throughout the process. They look at you like the leader, the head professional.
Everything I do, I shine the spotlight on you. You get full credit for everything good I do.
You just don’t need to do all the details yourself anymore and you have time to go get more clients.
Financially, partnering with me pays off great for you as an agent, because while I’m taking care of the details, you have time to stay in touch with your past clients and sphere of influence, and get a lot more clients. And what you make from that is literally five to seven times what you pay me.
Then I’ve got your backside, making sure everything’s going along smoothly so those clients want to refer you more. If you look around at the agents here, how many of them are top producers and how fast they get there, the system clearly works.
If you’re a part-timer and you’re not invested in your business, we’re not going to be a good fit. But if you’re committed to real estate as your career and you want to do it smart, this is the best and easiest way to do it. My role is a ton of help, it gives you the opportunities to go out and do what you really want to do.
