As a new agent, my first priority was to get complete and thorough training about how to do real estate right, because honestly… I’m not one that likes to make mistakes and serving my clients well is my first priority. Second, I wanted to get on my feet quickly as a self-sufficient business owner and get this thing started.
So I interviewed a number of firms, and what impressed me was a couple of things. First,

Nineteen months later, I was there. I had sold $10 million in a 12-month period. It was crazy. Honestly, never my wildest dreams. And it’s just gotten better since.
