Process & Support From Day One Made All the Difference

by | Dec 6, 2023

Out of all the firms I interviewed with as a newly-licensed agent, Relevate was the only one that could actually lay out a path of training for me in a way that I could understand, and know I was going to get the support, help and training that I needed.

Everyone else SAID they had a path, but really couldn’t give me details. I would ask questions and they would be very vague.

Relevate was very clear, “Here is the exact plan, here is exactly what you need to do”.

I’m a checklist type person, and that’s what I was looking for.

Another big deal for me was broker-in-charge support. Many of these firms had one BIC for over a hundred agents, and when I asked about availability they wouldn’t give me a straight answer. The BIC at Relevate said “That’s my job, you can call me anytime for help.” And that turned out to be 100% true. I always had help literally within minutes of asking.

Then, pretty much immediately after I arrived, I was introduced to my mentor, Tara, who was perfect for me. She helped me more than I can express, and she’s become a great friendAll that added up to a great start for me.

I closed $8.4 million in volume my first full year, and I’m over $10 million in volume in this slow market, even though I hear most agents are down 30%.

So I am grateful. And I want every new agent to enjoy the kind of start I had. I’d be happy to share the details of my experience with you and answer your questions. Just text or call me and we’ll get together and talk.
