I’m happy with my production this year, even though this is a very different market. There are THREE big reasons for this. First, real estate can be very isolating, where once you do get to a certain level of volume, you feel like you don’t have a peer group.
Relevate has at least a dozen top-producing, $10 million plus agents, and we get together regularly to collaborate.
We wrap our collective brains around what we’re dealing with at any given time in the market, we share ideas with each other about how to communicate with clients and prospects, and how to win in the current market.
Second, most of our systems and processes were invented during the worst recession any of us have ever seen, and during that time the agents here really thrived. That gave me a lot of confidence that I also would do just fine in this little market changeup.
Finally, our marketing support team helps us stay in front of our past clients and spheres of influence very consistently. They stay a year ahead designing high-quality marketing campaigns for every month and sending them out for us. As a result,
I’ve already received 105 referrals this year
and that definitely makes me feel a whole lot better about the condition of my business for this year and well into next year.
