I quickly realized getting business was actually the most difficult thing in real estate.
So when I was listening to what other firms had to offer, it was mostly about their brand name, or throwing me on a team. But there weren’t really any processes they were presenting to me on how to help me get clients and grow my OWN business. You had to figure it out on your own basically.
Relevate Real Estate offered an actual system that was PROVEN. It was very human-centric, really relationship driven, which is very much in line with what I wanted in my work. I wanted to be able to connect with people on a deeper level. And then very quickly, it actually worked. In my second year I closed 38 transactions and was over $10 million in volume.
Even more important though, the marketing and client service support teams here allowed me not get lost in my work and still spend time with my wife and four young kids, who are involved in a lot of cool activities. Three times a week I bring them to ju jitsu, then we have dance and theater, and spending every evening together. I couldn’t imagine being too busy to do those things with them.The ability to still serve clients well, and still have time for my family has been really valuable to me.
