So I got to 6 million in volume in my first year pretty quickly. But once I got there,

I was still very hungry. What I really wanted was to take off exponentially. I wanted to be at 10 million, 15 million, 20 million, relatively quickly.

Most agents, to do that, need to change their business model because they need to hire and train people to support them, or they start giving buyer leads to other people and giving them half the commission. I didn’t have to do that though… because at my firm they actually hire and train people to BE my team, to be that support you need to go to the next level. They do most of the marketing and client service FOR me so I can just continue focusing on growing my volume without having to build a team or manage anyone.

I got to 16.5 million in my second year, and this year, even though 2023 was a down year

I closed $15M in 2023 and went into 2024 with an additional $7M already pending!

But… what I’m happiest about is I got to this level, and it didn’t wreck my life balance or take away time from my wife and young children. It was just kind of a smooth progression because of the support.
