As someone who has moved numerous times in her life, including 11 states and 3 foreign countries, many of these with 4 young children, Anita certainly understands the challenges, stresses and pressure of navigating the real estate market. As part of a military family that moved around a lot, she attended high school in Fayetteville, received her Bachelor’s degree from NC State and throughout her life has spent every summer between Chapel Hill and Emerald Isle. Although she was born in Germany, she has always considered NC home which is where she now lives full time with no plans of ever leaving. Her knowledge of the local Triangle area and her diversified background from years of engineering, banking, education, non-profit and senior care work gives her unique insight and skill sets to working with many different personalities and needs, and skills to handle even the most challenging of real estate transactions. Knowing first hand how emotional moving can be, Anita’s goal is to make her clients’ real estate transactions and moves as seamless and enjoyable as possible. When Anita is not putting her care and skills to the benefit of her clients, her passions include her children, travel, the beach, boating, yoga, reading, food, wine and craft beers. Her motto is to “learn or do something new everyday.”
