I moved to the Triangle in 1985 in search of business opportunities. We chose our home based on the school system and the desire for land. My advice for those moving to the area is to take your time when choosing to buy a home. It can take up to 14 months to get acclimated with the area. Be sure to take advantage of all the Triangle has to offer in way of food, arts, and history.
I am President of Risk Management Associates (RMA). RMA is a security advocate for businesses. We design and support security for businesses looking to protect their assets. Since its inception in 1988, RMA has become an industry leader, providing comprehensive security solutions to large and small clients in a variety of industries and geographic locations. We provide services that are tailored to our client’s specific needs and budget. Simply put, we are in the business of reducing crime.
RMA is a sponsor and supporter of Triangle Family Services. I serve as the co-chair of the Gingerbread Benefit and am on the Board of Directors for Triangle Family Services, a local crisis center for families in need.
My top tip for success is to make the most of every minute TODAY, don’t put it off until tomorrow. My favorite thing to do in the Triangle is to eat at local restaurants. My favorite restaurants are Bella Monica Italian Restaurant on Edwards Mill Road in Raleigh and Little Hen on Sunset Lake Road in Apex.
