Kim Blair has over 20 years of professional experience in the corporate world, working primarily in a variety of marketing and community relations roles. Kim’s appreciation of community and interest in helping people, combined with her entrepreneurial drive, ultimately attracted her to the real estate profession. From her broad business experience, Kim understands the importance of delivering true value to her clients. It was for this reason that she chose to partner with Hunter Rowe as a residential real estate professional.
Kim is originally from Maryland (outside of DC), spent 13 years in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and moved to Durham in 2009. She has a BS in Marketing and an MBA. Kim and her husband, Brett, can be found around town at foodie events, on a hike, or running a half marathon.
