As a proud mother of two children (A boy and a girl) and four beautiful grandchildren, Latonia Van Horn is super excited as she dives into the Real Estate Business. She was born in Baltimore, Maryland and grew up in Greenbrier County, West Virginia. She has been in the Triangle for three years. Latonia attended school in West Virginia and college in Virginia. Her previous experience before she joined the league of Real Estate includes her experience in Wireless Industry, Food and Beverage, Hospitality and Wine Sales. Latonia is customer-focused and detail orientated even though she’s new to the Real Estate Business. Her hundred percent focus on the business enables her to direct all her attention to her clientele, and this makes her diligently meet and exceed all the expectations of any Real Estate Agency. In her leisure time, Latonia can be seen practicing yoga, spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friend. She also loves cooking, traveling the world, reading, watching documentaries and enjoys wine tasting. Latonia is open to opportunities as she loves to try new things.
