I officially became a resident in the Triangle after graduating from North Carolina Central University in 1983. I was hired by IBM/RTP and have continued to live in the area, as the Triangle is an excellent area for just about any lifestyle at any pace. My top tip for success is that education is the key to selling your product. Make sure to stay abreast on what’s trending. Listen to the client by understanding their specific needs. Be on time. My favorite things to do in the Triangle are socializing with family and friends, shopping at Southpoint Mall and Renaissance, walking the trails, and catching a movie or attending an event at the Durham Performing Arts Center or Carolina Theater. My favorite restaurant is Firebirds at Southpoint Mall.
