ABOUT TABITHA

Tabitha started in the real estate field in 2006 after a stint in restaurant management. She began by working with KB Home as a sales consultant in the new construction market. Starting with KB Home was a great way to get her foot in the door in the Raleigh real estate market. New construction sales are quite different than general brokerage and learning the ins and outs of working for a builder would later be to Tabitha’s benefit when working with buyers.

After leaving KB Home in 2008, Tabitha worked with a small local real estate firm to learn the ways of general brokerage real estate in the Triangle area. She focused mainly on first time home buyers and quickly found that this was my niche market. She hit the ground running; she quickly found that this was her passion and had found her life long career aspiration. With a background in management, and a degree in Art and Design, Tabitha was able to mesh her love of people and art.  It came natural to her to help people with staging their homes for sale and the joy of meeting all the new people she would get to work with over the coming years.

In 2009, Tabitha decided it was time to venture out on her own and start her own business. In a time when real estate was unstable to say the least, there were a lot of people that thought she was crazy for starting a real estate business.  But, she was fearless and determined that this was going to work. It was the best decision she has ever made!
