Caren is terrific! She is very responsive, attentive and has the utmost integrity. I wanted a house in a specific neighborhood and Caren got us in to see this one almost immediately as soon as it came on the market. I was elated when my offer was accepted. A couple weeks later, the appraisal came back way too low. Something wasn’t right. Caren reviewed all the comps and found a few better ones that the appraiser hadn’t included. She sent them to my lender to send to the appraiser, asking if he would reconsider. The appraisal was corrected which saved me tens of thousands of dollars!
Caren is a great Realtor who loves what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing a Realtor.
